VITORIA-GASTEIZ — Bryant Dunston has been a part of Anadolu Efes since 2015 taking all ups and downs of the Turkish team. He noted that it’s rare to see a squad which was at the bottom one season, make it to the Final stage the following season and that they have to use this chance: “I haven’t seen too many teams go from the last-place team to making it to the Final Four. It’s been a great year so far and we need to finish it off with a win. A couple of wins.”
The big part of that was the team chemistry and Dunston felt it from early on in the season: “I knew from early on in the season. Our chemistry came together really fast. We had a lot of new players on the team and usually, there’s a learning curve there but with the experienced players and the guys we have on the team, the good character guys that we have, we gelled really quickly and it’s been a great season so far.”
