Sarunas Jasikevicius has been on the radar of many teams due to what he has been accomplishing with Zalgiris and although he’s considering other jobs, he noted that it’s hard to find a better one: “There are some teams where I would be interested to work, but I’m not chasing these jobs. It’s very tough to find a better place than Zalgiris. However, Zalgiris is not the only place where it’s fun to work. It’s great here, but in the future, we’ll see”, he said to Zalgiris TV, per Donatas Urbonas.
He also commented on the NBA attention he has been getting: “This year there were many phone calls at first, but since I want to remain a head coach, the number of phone calls decreased.”
