Marcus Denmon has finished his stint with Zhejiang Golden Bulls in China and will return to Panathinaikos with which he still has a valid contract.
Everything is open but Panathinaikos‘ priority is Rick Pitino and his decision whether to stay the team’s head coach. The club will focus on the roster changes after that has been decided.
If Panathinaikos wants to part ways with the player, Denmon would get released and compensated with a buyout. Otherwise, he would stay as a backup option for the team’s backcourt.
The 29-year-old averaged 33.6 points, 7.1 rebounds and 6.2 assists in China with the Golden Bulls this past season.
