Three days after winning the Greek League and finishing the season, Panathinaikos made their first addition to the roster.
Team owner Dimitris Giannakopoulos confirmed via his Instagram that the club has signed Jacob Wiley. There’s no official announcement from the club yet, but this is just a technicality at this point.
The 24-year-old American joined Gran Canaria in February and averaged ten points along with 2.6 rebounds over seven Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games. In Spanish League, he posted 16.5 points, 5.1 boards and one assist per game.
According to Eurohoops sources, Wiley signed a one year deal.
