Anadolu Efes won’t exercise the opt-out clause included in German center Tibor Pleiss’ contract according to Eurohoops sources. The player will thus stay with the reigning Turkish League champions and EuroLeague finalists for the second season in a row.
Pleiss, 29, averaged 8.1 points and 3.7 rebounds in 14:12 minutes over 37 games in the 2018-2019 EuroLeague.
So far in offseason, Efes has extended the contract of swingman James Anderson for 2019-2020.
