Panathinaikos and DeShaun Thomas agreed on a contract extension that will keep the American forward Athens bound for the next two seasons. Thomas is also set to receive a higher revenue in comparison to the previous season.
The 28-year-old posted an average of 10.5 points and 3.8 rebounds across 31 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games in the 2018-19 campaign.
Thomas arrived in Athens in summer of 2018, coming from Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv. He has also played for Anadolu Efes, Barcelona and JSF Nanterre in the past.
