After the latest developments on Nikola Milutinov’s case and Olympiacos’ move to pay him off in order to keep him in the team, it now seems safe to claim that Serbian big man will stay with the Reds until his current contract ends June 2020.
At this point, Olympiacos’ negotiations with CSKA Moscow for the Serbian center have also stopped, after the Greek team turned out the reigning EuroLeague champions’ offer on him.
Milutinov’s NBA out clause expires on July 20 and no action has been taken so far from the San Antonio Spurs (who hold his NBA rights).
Milutinov and Olympiacos made headlines today after a report in Greece about the player sending a statement to the club management asking to be paid delayed salaries from last season.
