Crvena Zvezda mts announced on Wednesday that Ognjen Kuzmic was operated successfully. The 29-year-old center’s condition remains stable after surviving a car accident at Belgrade on Sunday.
The operation was necessary to address severe facial and upper jaw injuries and eliminate the problems related to his breathing. He remains in an induced coma.
The assigned medical team will proceed following its initial recovery plan for the player.
