While missing many key players due to the FIBA World Cup, Fenerbahce BEKO will start its pre-season on the 26th of August and after the 16th of September will have its share of interesting pre-season opponents.
Fenerbahce will compete in a pre-season tournament in Cluj, Romania against U-Banca Transilvania Cluj Napoca (Romania), Partizan (Serbia) and Mornar Bar (Montenegro) between the 14th and the 15th of September. On the 18th of the same month, the Turkish team will face De Longhi Treviso Basket on the road and then will move to Bologna for a game again Segafredo Virtus Bologna on September 20.
Last but not least, Fenerbahce will participate in the second Pavlos Giannakopoulos tournament on 21-22 September in Athens. Panathinaikos OPAP (Greece), Maccabi Fox (Israel) and AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan (Italy) will also take part in the event, which is organized by the Greens.
