Panathinaikos and center Ian Vougioukas have agreed to a one-year extension. The veteran Greek big man will remain with the “Greens” for a second consecutive season.
Vougioukas is currently in his second stint with Panathinaikos. He previously played with the club from 2010 to 2012, a period during which he won the 2011 EuroLeague title.
With Panathinaikos, Vougioukas has also won three Greek League titles (2011, 2018, 2019) and two Cup titles (2012, 2019).
Throughout his career, Vougioukas has also played with Olympiacos, Zalgiris Kaunas, Unics Kazan and Lokomotiv Kuban.
