Alba Berlin announced that the club has signed 19-year-old German guard Jonas Mattisseck’s to a four-year contract extension. This deal completed the summer 2019-2020 summer moves of the German side ahead of the new season.
Mattisseck played in 15 games of the 2018-2019 German League with Alb, averaging 3.6 points, 1.7 assists and 1.2 rebounds in 12:21. He also posted 7.4 points and 2.6 assists in 14:07 minutes over five EuroCup matches. On the contrary, one other young talent, Franz Wagner, is leaving the team for the University of Michigan.
