Tyler Ennis traveled to Israel for medical exams, Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv announced on Wednesday. If the 24-year-old Canadian guard proves fit, he will sign with the Israeli side.
The Syracuse alumni joined Fenerbahce Beko last July. However, his 2018-19 campaign was cut short from late October due to a serious ankle injury.
Ennis only got to play three games in his debut EuroLeague season, but can bounce right back ahead of the 2019-20 season if he passes Maccabi’s medical exams.
Up to the 2017-18 season, the Canadian guard took part in 187 NBA games between the Phoenix Suns, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Houston Rockets and the Los Angeles Lakers.
