Lorenzo Brown signed a one-year deal with Crvena Zvezda, as the club has announced. The 29 years old guard (1,96 m.) will compete for the first time in Europe after a career that included so far only the NBA and China.
Brown has played for Philadelphia, Minnesota, Phoenix and their G League teams. In 2016, for the first time, he went to China and played for the Zheijang Golden Bulls. He returned last season to the NBA for the Toronto Raptors with a two-way contract, he won the G-League MVP title for the Raptors 905, before returning to China in January 2019 for the Gwangju Lyons team.
Lorenzo Brown, after Derrick Brown and James Gist, is the third new addition to the team’s roster. Charles Jenkins and Ognjen Kuzmic returned to the club during the summer, while Branko Lazic, Filip Covic, Borisa Simanic, Ognjen Dobric, Billy Baron, Mohamed Faje and Stratos Perperoglou stayed with the team.
