LDLC ASVEL announced that the club has parted ways with Alpha Kaba due to a breach of contract with misconduct.
The statement doesn’t specify the details of misconduct but it’s highly probable that it has to do with Kaba getting sanctioned by the French League earlier this summer.
The disciplinary comity gave the 23-year-old a five-game suspension along with a set amount of community service. Kaba was among the players placing bets on French League games.
