Karolis Lukosiunas was perfect from deep as he led Zalgiris Kaunas to an 85-71 preseason win over Khimki Moscow.
The 22-year-old nailed all six of his attempts from behind the arc and finished the game with 18 points followed by Martinas Geben’s 16 and Nigel Hayes’ 14 points.
For Khimki, Janis Timma logged 16 points, six assists, five rebounds and two steals while Dairis Bertans added 15 and Devin Booker 14 points. The latter also dished seven assists.
Zalgiris was ahead 19-9 after ten minutes and 46-40 at halftime. They kept the lead in the second half as well leading 68-59 after the third quarter and safely closed the game in the fourth.
