The latest edition of EuroLeague’s “Focus On” series features none other than Kyle Hines. The CSKA Moscow captain and the only American player this century who has won the EuroLeague title four times.
Hines has lifted the EuroLeague trophy in 2012 and 2013 with Olympiacos plus 2016 and 2019 with CSKA Moscow. “It takes a lot of sacrifice, it takes a lot of discipline, it’s about being the true essence of the team. If you are able to do that, that’s the first step towards becoming a champion,” Hines mentions about the key to winning titles.
“He is an example of what you want to be overseas as an American,” Hines’ CSKA teammate Mike James says.
