Olympiacos Piraeus is in talks with former EuroLeague Top Scorer Taylor Rochestie according to Eurohoops sources. Whether these negotiations result in a deal, is something that will be determined Wednesday (24/10) night (European time) since Rochestie is currently in California, USA.
Rochestie, 34, is a veteran of five EuroLeague and four EuroCup seasons with such clubs as Maccabi Tel Aviv, Crvena Zvezda, Baskonia, Galatasaray and Montepaschi Siena. In 2015, the American guard won the “Alphonso Ford EuroLeague Top Scorer Trophy” after averaging 18.9 points per game with Nizhny Novgorod.
Olympiacos has been looking to sign a guard (plus a center) following the home loss to Zenit St. Petersburg and after the club officially kept coach Kestutis Kemzura for the remainder of 2019-2020.
