Zenit St. Petersburg announced that team captain Evgeny Voronov is out indefinitely due to an ankle injury.
Voronov will undergo some further examinations that will determine the timeframe of his rehabilitation period and when he will return to action.
In three EuroLeague games this season, Voronov averaged 5.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 21:31 minutes. The Russian guard has posted 8.5 points, 1.8 assists and 1.5 rebounds in 22:21 minutes over four VTB League matches.
