The Reds confirmed the addition of Taylor Rochestie via press release on Saturday. Eurohoops previously reported on the negotiations between the Reds and 34-year-old point guard.
After opening the day with the acquisition of Willie Reed, the EuroLeague participants doubled up with the California native, former Montenegrin national team player. Rochestie is a veteran of 75 EuroLeague games between five clubs, Olympiacos will be his sixth.
In 2015, the American guard won the Alphonso Ford EuroLeague Top Scorer Trophy with Nizhny Novgorod. He also has 47 7DAYS EuroCup matches under his belt, but his most recent playing experience stems from the Chinese CBA and his 2018-19 stint with the Tianjin Gold Lions.
His new team is off to poor 1-3 start in EuroLeague’s regular season. Olympiacos recently tabbed Kestutis Kemzura for the remainder of the 2019-20 season, added both Rochestie and Reed as well.
