CSKA Moscow head coach Dimitris Itoudis said that the club is monitoring the market to possibly find a player who may replace forward Will Clyburn following the latter’s torn ACL injury.
“We have our ears and our eyes open. It’s not easy to find a player right now. We always have our ears and our eyes open. We’ll see,” Itoudis said when asked if the club is looking for a player to replace Clyburn on the roster, after the home loss to Olympiacos. “I can’t tell you ‘yes’ or ‘no’. But our ears and our eyes are open.”
Clyburn, the 2019 Final Four MVP, tore his ACL in the first half of the EuroLeague regular season Round 4 away win of his team against ALBA Berlin.
