Crvena Zvezda guard Branko Lazic and Khimki Moscow forward Janis Timma were involved in a small scuffle just two minutes into the EuroLeague game between the two teams. Lazic was ejected while Timma received a technical foul.
After Timma lost the ball following a post-up attempt, Lazic dived to get the steal. According to the replay, Timma pushed Lazic down and then the latter hit the Khimki player on the face. This resulted in the ejection of the Red Star captain.
