Kevin Seraphin has been prone to knee injuries over the last couple of seasons and although he hasn’t decided to retire yet, the 30-year-old big has put his career on hold for this season, as the player confirmed to L’Equipe.
The French center last played for Barcelona with which he played 55 games last season split between Spanish League, Spanish Cup and the EuroLeague. He averaged 7.8 points and 3.6 rebounds
Seraphin started his professional career with the French club Cholet Basket in 2007 and after three seasons joined the Washington Wizards in the NBA.
He played with the Wizards for five seasons after which he had one-year stints with the Pacers and the Knicks. He also played for Caja Laboral (Baskonia) during the 2011 NBA lockout.
