Real Madrid forward Anthony Randolph suffered a muscle injury in the right soleus muscle, the club announced. The Spanish team doesn’t mention any further detail regarding the type of injury or the duration of the player’s recovery.
According to a report by AS, the type of injury Randolph suffered will require rehabilitation that will take between two and three weeks and any possible complication could keep him out for up to one month. This means that the American player will miss the EuroLeague games against ASVEL and Zalgiris Kaunas and it’s unclear if he will be out in the matches vs. CSKA Moscow, Khimki Moscow and Anadolu Efes.
Randolph has been the leading scorer of Real Madrid this season with 13.0 points per game. He also averages 4.3 rebounds. The “Blancos” are 13-3 in EuroLeague.
