CSKA Moscow is ready to complete its first major transfer for this summer. According to Eurohoops sources the “army team” has already a verbal deal for a new two-year contract with Aaron Jackson.
The 29 years old American guard is entering the peak of his career and he was one of the key players of CSKA, despite coming off the bench both in the Euroleague Final Four and also in the VTB league finals. The interest of Spanish teams for the player – Barcelona and Unicaja Malaga are among the suitors – is intense, however CSKA really wants the player to stay and things have moved pretty fast.
It’s well known that the Russian club is more than able to sign or keep any player in Europe and the only thing missing are the final details of the deal and the announcement.
