The season ended for Barcelona, the team has a contract with German center Tibor Pleiss, however both sides are willing to end their collaboration. And that’s good news for Utah Jazz.
TBarcelona “locked” Ante Tomic with an extension before the NBA team decided that they might get a center from Europe and Pleiss, whose NBA rights also belong to Utah, is a candidate for the job. That been said, this is the first time that Utah after aquiring his rights is thinking thoroughly about Pleiss and that’s why there is already an other plan from Barcelona and the player for their “divorce”.
Pleiss himself has denied it, but he will not play next season for the Catalans and if he doesn’t get to be in the NBA, then his destination will be Bayern Munich.
