Jasmin Repesa is about to sign a two year deal with EA7 Milano and that move also puts an end to the possibility of Alessandro Gentile leaving for the NBA and the Houston Rockets.
The Croatian coach has worked in the past Gentile, to be exact in the 2010-11 season in Benetton Treviso, and the decision of Milano to sign him has also to do with that. The Rockets made a great push during the season in order to lure the captain of EA7 Milano, his Italian team wanted to keep him for next season at all costs and the presence of Repesa on the bench guarantees that, because of his personal relationship with Gentile.
As for the Rockets, they are now focused on Sergio Llull.
