Enes Kanter will stay in Oklahoma City Thunder, as the team decided to match the offer he got from the Blazers and keep the restricted free agent big man.
It wasn’t an easy decision, since Kanter will be paid 70 m. $ for the next four years. Portland made him this offer and hoped that it was too much for the Thunder to match, but quality low post players are hard to find and Kanter is one of the few left in the league.
He proved it by averaging last season 15.5 points and 8.9 rebounds per game.
