As Eurohoops had reported first one week ago, the adanced talks of Olympiacos with Daniel Hackett ended up with the club announcing the two year deal with the Italian player.
Hackett tried his luck in the US and with the Knicks, but he decided to take the offer of the Reds, an offer which he had practically accepted a week ago. He wil be paid in total 1,7 m. $ by the Greek champions. Hackett wanted to persue an NBA chance, but in the end Olympaiacos was the best option he had in his hands.
