AEK Athens wants to make a splash in the summer market, the team already has secured the contract extension of Malik Hairston and the next big target is Stephane Lasme.
The Athenian club offered him a two year contract, as they need a big name in order to replace Pops Mensah-Bonsu. This is not the first big name on their list. AEK was also interested on Nikos Zisis, who played in the past for the team and had made contact with Bryant Dunston before the end of the season. Lasme on the other hand was also interested for a return to OAKA, but for Panathinaikos. Now it seems that he may end back in Athens but for a different team.
