Joe Ragland is the new member of Karsiyaka, after leaving EA7 Milano. The American guard will continue his career in Euroleague and in the Turkish league as the new starting point guard of the champions.
However, the fact that Ragland is finally announced, doesn’t mean that the FIBA ban of transfers has lifted. On the contrary, Ragland’s letter of clearance is still in Italy and only if Karsiyaka pays its old debts, the player will be a part of the team.
