It’s well known by now that Nikola Kalinic is a prime target of Fenerbahce/ Ulker. According to Eurohoops sources close to the situation, in the next few days the whole matter will be resolved in a positive or negative way with a three year deal on the table for the Serb forward.
The talks between all the sides involved are more than advanced. The demands of Crvena Zvezda are close to be satisfied and when this happens, the player will be free to go. So even in the next 48 hours we may have an official deal.
However, if something goes wrong for Fenerbahce/ Ulker and Kalinic finally stays in Belgrade for Crvena Zvezda, the Turkish club will have to find an other player in order to complete its roster. And this player is experienced American guard K.C.Rivers.
The Euroleague champion with Real Madrid is high on Fenerbahce/ Ulker’s list and if Crvena Zvezda decides to keep Kalinic, Rivers is expected to be the last addition in the roster of Zeljko Obradovic‘s team.
