During the last month Panathinaikos was looking for the last addition in its roster and eventually James Feldeine was chosen. The 27-year-old guard is close to sign a contract with the Greens.
Panathinaikos had advanced talks with Matt Janning but decided to offer a contract to the American/Dominican guard who will debut in the Euroleague, as Sdna.gr first reported and Eurohoops’ sources confirmed.
James Feldeine played in Spain (Beogran and Fuenlabrada) and Italy (Cantu) and at the end of May signed a contract with Vaqueros de Bayamor of Puerto Rico. Feldeine took part in FIBA World Cup in 2014 and in FIBA Americas Championship in 2013 with Dominican national team.
His agent Misko Raznatovic announced on Tuesday morning via Twitter that the player has joined Panathinaikos.
