The Cleveland Cavaliers have a new Russian center. Sasha Kaun signed a two-year deal with the team.
Kaun, 30, was drafted in the second round by the Cavs in 2008. He has played the last seven seasons with CSKA Moscow.
Kaun has a history with Cavs coach David Blatt, who coached him on the Russian national team. Kaun was on the Russian team in 2012 that won an Olympic bronze.
Earlier in the summer announced his retirement from playing basketball in Europe.
