After Zoran, Darko! Darko Planinic will continue his career in Laboral Kutxa, as he announced via instagram. So, he will be the second Croatian in Basques’ history with the same surname.
Darko Planinic returns to Euroleague having a bigger role, after his rookie season was with Maccabi Tel Aviv three years ago when he was only 22 years old. The Israelis signed him from Siroki and then he was loaned back to Cibona.
The 25-year-old center averaged in the last season with Buducnost 9,2 points and 4,1 rebounds per game.
