They played together for Sacramento Kings for six years. They are best friends and now it’s the time for them to cooperate again in Kings‘ front office. Vlade Divac and Peja Stojakovic will work again together.
The Serbian duo spent six wonderful years in Sacramento (1998-2004), while Peja stayed there for two more seasons. Vlade Divac was hired six months ago as the vice president of basketball and franchise operations and was promoted to general manager. So, he called his ex-teammate.
Peja Stojakovic will be Director of Player Personnel and Development in Kings and also general manager for the Reno Bighorns, Sacramento’s D-League affiliate team.
