Olympiacos is carrying a ban for one game without spectators from last season in Euroleague, because the fans of the team celebrated by invading the court the Game 4 win in the play offs against Barcelona. That’s why the 2015-16 for the Reds will start in Crete.

Euroleague accepted the demand of Olympiacos and the first game of the season against Cedevita will be played at Heraklion, Crete, and not in the empty SEF, the usual home court of the Greek champions.
