Brose Baskets beat Oldenburg in the Super Cup final (87-66) and got the first title in Germany this season.
The reigning champs prevailed over the reigning Cup winners easily having five players with double digits and showing that this season they will be again the team to beat. The leading scorer and MVP of Brose Baskets was Melli (17 points with 3/4 3ps, 9 reb, 5 as). Zisis added 14 points, Strelnieks 14, Wanamaker 11 and Miller 11.
On the other hand, Oldenburg wasn’t competitive after the second quarter having only Qvale (20 points) in a good night.
