American point guard Nate Wolters is about to leave Besiktas in order to continue his career in Euroleague with Panathinaikos Athens.
The former NBA player is a key member of the Turkish club but Panathinaikos needs one more guard and Wolters is on top of their list, as SDNA.gr reported first.
According to Eurohoops sources the talks between all involved parties are moving fast and soon we can expect the deal to be finalized. The player asked to be released, Besiktas tried to change his mind but couldn’t and it’s only matter of time for Wolters to wear the green shirt.
