Even without Patric Young, Vasilis Spanoulis, Giorgos Printezis and Matt Lojeski, Olympiacos got the easy 83-64 win over Koroivos on Sunday. It was an emotional game as former Olympiacos captain Panagiotis Vasilopoulos returned as an opponent.
Still AEK is leading the standings with a perfect 7-0 record, the Reds are at 6-1 while Panathinaikos (6-0) and Aris (5-2) are tied for the moment. The Greens have one game less because the match against PAOK was postponed after a request of the guests, because most of their roster is suffering from stomach flu. Panathinaikos accepted the request.
