FC Bayern Munich got the advantage in the Top16 race after getting the road win over Strasbourg (82-69). The Bavarians prevailed much more easy than the final score suggests.
At the end of the third quarter, Bayern led by 26 points (66-40) and just relaxed in the end, letting the hosts getting near them. Still the guests have two wins over Strasbourg and the tie breaking advantage over them which can be crucial in the end, as Bayern has now a 4-4 record and shares the third place with Crvena Zvezda, while SIG is tied with Real Madrid at 3-5.
The hosts finished the game with just 3/20 three pointers and scored just 40 points until the end of the third period, Bayern shot better both in two point shots (59,46%) and in threes (40%) and once more John Bryant led them with 17 points. Jeremy Leloup with 11 points was the leading scorer of Strasbourg.
