Unics Kazan beat Lokomotiv Kuban 58-56 on the road and earned its fourth straight win in the VTB League. Giorgos Bartzokas’ team prevailed over Karsiyaka on the road in midweek and will now fight with Barcelona for the first place of Euroleague’s group C, however things are a bit different in the VTB League.
Unics Kazan was victorious against Lokomotiv Kuban in Krasnodar (58-56) and now has a 9-2 record, as they claimed their fourth win in a row. On the other hand, Panathinaikos‘ opponents suffered their second straight loss, after being destroyed by Khimki last week, and now have a 5-5 record.
