With two easy wins against Bisons Loima and Nymburk in just few days, CSKA Moscow not only leads the VTB League standings, but also the “Army team” is creating some distance from other contenders.
The team of coach Itoudis had a 12-1 record, Zenit St. Petersburg is still second with 8-1, while Unics Kazan (10-2) and Khimki (10-3) complete the top four of the standings. Lokomoti Kuban is currently at the 7th spot with a 6-5 record, behind Avtodor (8-4) and Numburk (8-5).
