AEK Athens’ D.J Cooper misbehaved, when he was sent to the bench by his head coach, Jure Zdovc, and the Slovenian immediately sent the American guard to the locker room.
Cooper was playing very badly in the game and Zdovc, being furious, decided to send him to the bench, almost five minutes before the end of the first half. The Slovenian coach and the American player had a very intense confrontation and, consequently, Zdovc immediately sent Cooper to the locker room.
The two men had another confrontation in the first quarter, as this is the second time that D.J Cooper commits a disciplinary offense.
