It was an amazing game for Bogdan Bogdanovic and a win that gave Fenerbahce a trophy! The team of Zeljko Obradovic beat on the Turkish cup final Dogus Darussafaka thanks to a big shot by the amazing Serbian sharp shooter (67-65).
With just one second one the clock, Bogdanovic proved that he has ice running in his veins made a big three and the game was over. In total, Fenerbahce’s hero had 21 points on 4/7 threes and Jan Vesely added one more stellar game with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists.
Scotty Wilbekin gave to Darussafaka the lead with 15 seconds left on the clock (65-64) but it was not enough. Wilbekin had in total 15 points, one less for the losing side than Manuchar Markoisvhili who had in total 16. However it was Bogdanovic’s night, as he even gave an… oscar like speach after the game: “I fully trust my feelings and imagination in the last ball. I want to thank my mother, my father, my coach and the fans for this”.
Fenerbahce started the game with a 35-24 lead in the 17th minute, however Darussafaka came back and made it a two point game in the 34th minute after a 8-0 run, setting the stage for the thrilling end!
