With Richard Hendrix on the exit door in order to join Maccabi Tel Aviv, Unicaja Malaga is already making plans for its future in the liga Endesa and needs a center and a guard.
The main candidates are according to the local newspaper “Opinion De Malaga” Khimki’s big man Marko Todorovic and a player between Jimmer Fredette and Willie Warren. According to the report, Todorovic is unhappy in Moscow, he is getting playing time only in Euroleague and that’s why he wants to leave.
Fredette already rejected the initial offer of Unicaja, like he did earlier in the season with the offer made by Panathinaikos and the team is giving him at this point 50.000 US dollars per month. If Fredette reject also this offer, then Willy Warren (26, 1,93 m.) is the other candidate. At this point every new player added in the roster of Unicaja will be eligible to play only in the Spanish Liga Endesa and not in Euroleague.
