Georgios Printezis is one of the most in-form big men in the Euroleague in the past two months and his acquisition in the Euroleague fantasy looks like a solid investment!
Olympiacos’s international forward has a ranking of 24,6 in the last five games, with 19,4 points and 8 rebounds per game, making him by far the Piraeus team’s best player and one of the best big men in the Euroleague and the Top 16.
In recent weeks, Printezis has also been rising to the preferences of fantasy players, since he’s consistent and always productive with high scores every week. Zalgiris is one of the worst teams defensively in terms of the big men positions and so his selection (for those of you who haven’t done so already) seems like a one-way street.
All these weeks Eurohoops.net hadn’t chosen Printezis because it trusted Fenerbahce’s big man duo, Vesely and Udoh. The latter has taken a downturn and was coming back from an injury, while the Czech has been having several ups and downs. Darussafaka have been doing really well defensively in their frontline in recent games, except for Raduljica and Vasquez.
The next one to depart from the team is Elliot Williams, who is injured and whose participation against Lokomotiv Kuban is going to be decided at the last moment. Panathinaikos’s American guard has contributed a lot and he’s underpriced, but it’s better not to take risks.
The last player to depart is a real headache, since Teodosic and De Colo are in excellent condition, Delaney is going to be Kuban’s foundation in the OAKA, Spanoulis is going to give everything in Olympiacos’s game against Zalgiris, and Ayon and Bourousis have difficult away games against Barcelona and CSKA, but they can drive the score high, and last week’s revelation, Cooley, can make the difference against Crvena Zvezda.
Dusko Ivanovic’s arrival is expected to bring many changes to Khimki and it would be better to see how the rotation is going to be reconfigured in order for us to trust one of their backcourt players again. Tyrese Rice then will be the one to depart in order to give his place to Bobby Dixon, who is returning to the team after the two mediocre games that he had. Darussafaka are weak defensively along the perimeter and Dixon can do some damage.
The last addition is going to be Adam Hanga, who’s extremely consistent in the Top 16, with 9 games in which he’s scored double digits in a total of 10 games! Laboral are relying on him and with his ability to score in many ways he can offer sure points.
Enjoy fantasy!
