A new “Zingsanity” sighting was reported last night in the NBA, but not in New York. This time, Kristaps Porzingis brought his A-game to court on the road, helping the Knicks beat the Chicago Bulls 115 – 107.
By scoring 29 points (with a 11/16 field goal shooting, 4/6 three-pointers), the 20-year old Latvian tied his NBA career high, while he also added 10 rebounds to his statistics sheet. Plus, among other things, he played one quite notable defense on Pau Gasol, in a scene where the rookie looked like a veteran and vice versa.
