By scoring 18 points in the victory of the Minnesota Timberwolves over the Sacramento Kings, Nemanja Bjelica recorded a new career high in the NBA.
The Serbian forward came in from the bench and stayed on court for 26 minutes, during which he provided some necessary buckets (4/5 three-pointers, 6/7 field goals in total) to help his team win the game. He also had 4 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 block.
“I felt great! I was just waiting for a game like this to get my confidence. The basketball here is totally different than Europe and I am still learning. I just need to be aggressive”, said Bjelica after the match.
