Although they played without Stephen Curry, the Golden State Warriors dominated the Houston Rockets (114-81) and advanced to the semi-finals, where they will face either the Portland Trail Blazers or the LA Clippers.
For the winners, Klay Thompson scored 27 points (on 7 of 11 from the three-point line), with Draymond Green adding 15 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. Shawn Livingston also scored 16 points (on 7/8 shooting) and Brandon Rush 15 (on 3/5 from beyond the arc).
For the Rockets, who played very badly on both ends of the floor, James Harden had 35 points, six rebounds, six assists, with Michael Beasley adding 11 and seven boards.
The Warriors easily took the lead from the first quarter (37-20) and never looked back, as they extended their advantage to 36 points in the third quarter to claim an easy victory.
