Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks and Giannis Bourousis of Laboral Kutxa are headlining the Greek national team pre-selection for the upcoming pre-Olympic tournament in Turin, Italy.
The team will meet for the first time on Monday, 13th of June. The rest of the 16 players who were called by coach Fotis Katsikaris are the following: Kostas Koufos, Nick Calathes, Kostas Sloukas, Vaggelis Mantzaris, Tyler Dorsey, Giannis Athinaiou, Thanasis Antetokounmpo, Ioannis Papapetrou, Vasilis Charalampopoulos, Kostas Papanikolaou, Dimitris Agravanis, Giorgos Bogris, Vasilis Kavadas and last but not least Stratos Perperoglou.
Four players will have to be cut for the final tournament in which for the first time in recent years the Greek national team will have to play without Nikos Zisis and Vasilis Spanoulis.
